Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi visits Ajman Government Stand at GITEX

Ajman, Oct. 11 (WAM) -- Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, accompanied by a number of general managers and senior officials, visited the Ajman Government stand at GITEX Global 2022, which is currently being held in Dubai.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi was briefed on the services provided by Ajman Digital Department and other entities participating in the platform and listened to a full explanation of the importance of digital applications that are used by customers and strategic partners. Everyone praised the new projects and initiatives of the Government of Ajman.

Her Excellency Dr. Ohood Shuhail, Director General of Ajman Digital Department, explained that the Ajman platform brings together 12 participating entities that will showcase 40 pioneering services based on smart solutions and digital innovations over the days of this most important technology exhibition on a global scale, to bring about positive transformations in the experience of community members to enhance the quality of their neutrality and happiness.

She pointed out that 29 new projects will be launched, in addition to signing 15 joint cooperation agreements and strategic partnerships with the government and private sectors to adopt modern technical solutions in developing and improving the customer experience of digital services in the emirate.

Shuhail pointed out that Ajman Digital Department is participating this year in several distinguished projects, including: the "Digital Integration Platform" aimed at facilitating the process of technical connectivity between systems for federal, local and private departments, in addition to the "Ajman One Cloud", which provides a common infrastructure that allows access to the network at any time and from anywhere, increasing the level of information security, flexibility of services, business continuity, enabling innovation, operational efficiency and automation.

She pointed out that these projects also include the Ajman One application, which is the unified application of the Emirate of Ajman, which includes more than 100 main and sub-services, as well as the "Government Services Performance System" project, which represents a central system for the data of services provided by all local government agencies in Ajman, in a central base that constitutes an essential element for decision-makers in government agencies to identify development initiatives for services and plan to establish new services that contribute to improving the quality of life in Ajman, and achieving customer happiness. In addition to the Ajman Data Platform, and the smart business feasibility tool in Ajman.
