Ajman Free Zone and Digital Department strengthen their cooperation in the field of digital transformation

Dubai, Dec. 10 (WAM) -- Ajman Free Zone has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ajman Digital Department on the sidelines of GITEX Technology Week 2020, which concluded Today.

The MoU was signed by H.E. Eng. Ali bin Towaih Al Suwaidi, Director General of Ajman Region and His Excellency Ohood Shuhail, Director General of Ajman Digital Department, which confirms the keenness of Both sides commit to consolidating the frameworks of joint cooperation that are expected to contribute in improving the quality of digital services provided in the free zone, as well as supporting Efforts to provide an exceptional customer experience.

This partnership comes in line with the strategic directions of the free zone in The axis of developing digital infrastructure and customer happiness, in addition to The wise directives of the wise leadership in consolidating the process of digital transformation Modernizing government services to keep pace with future requirements, as well as enhancing Optimization of technical resources and technological potential available to the Government of Ajman and employed in the happiness and service of the community.

According to the MoU, Ajman Digital Department will provide a package of four Packages of services in the field of software, digital platforms, infrastructure and cybersecurity, in a strong boost to the free zone's efforts to accelerate the march Digital transformation.
