Ajman, March 4 (WAM) - His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Government of Ajman represented by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, Ports Security, Etihad Electricity and Water, Ajman Sewerage Corporation, and "Etisalat Min E&", within the framework of joint cooperation to implement the "Ajman Ownership Package" project, which is supervised by the Ajman Digital Department.
The project is based on designing the customer's journey to own a property in the Emirate of Ajman, while providing proactive services to several government and private agencies, which shortens the effort and time on the new property owner, and reduces the time for requesting all services from 5 days to only 10 minutes.
Ajman Digital Department, in cooperation with the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, seeks through the introduction of this package to raise the quality of life in the Emirate of Ajman by reducing government requirements in buying property, and providing fast, integrated and reliable proactive services in cooperation with strategic partners.
The signing ceremony of the agreement at the Amiri Diwan in Ajman was attended by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, Her Excellency Dr. Ohood Shuhail, Director General of the Digital Government Department, His Excellency Brigadier Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Mannai, Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman, His Excellency Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi, Executive Director of Government Relations and VIPs at Etisalat by E&D, and His Excellency Yousef Al Ajmani, CEO of Ajman Sewerage Company. and His Excellency Salem bin Rabiah, Chief Commercial Officer of Etihad Water and Electricity.
On this occasion, His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi praised the "Ajman Ownership Package" project for its great importance in the comprehensive digital transformation process sought by the Government of Ajman and its continuous endeavors to improve the quality of services and provide an exceptional experience for customers by relying on technology and the latest technologies and innovative modern methods in the fields of government work.
His Highness stressed that this agreement will enhance integration between government and private entities concerned with the implementation of this ambitious project and is a fundamental and important step to achieve the desired goals, especially those related to enhancing the customer experience and facilitating procedures for providing government services, in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership and its forward-looking vision aimed at consolidating the position of the Emirate of Ajman as a sustainable and leading city in various sectors and fields.
For his part, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of DLD, said that the launch of the ownership package in Ajman is the fruit of joint efforts between DLD and its strategic partners and a real embodiment of the aspirations of customers who contributed effectively and directly to the completion of this project through their opinions and suggestions, stressing that DLD is constantly keen to create a participatory climate with its customers and looks forward to strengthening this relationship by adopting qualitative initiatives and projects that meet the needs of all concerned groups.
He explained that the Tamlak package in Ajman is an integrated proactive services package that includes several services from government and private agencies, which shortens the effort and time on the property owner, thanks to the electronic linking process and unified data provided by the concerned authorities, as the duration of requesting all services has been reduced from 5 days to only 10 minutes, in addition to reducing the number of service center visits from 4 visits to one.
For his part, His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of DLD, stressed that the launch of the Tamlak package in Ajman is a continuation of the Department's efforts and endeavors to raise the efficiency of institutional performance, achieve integration between various sectors, provide a smart experience for customers and provide them with a package of innovative packages of high value and extreme efficiency, praising the efforts of the joint work team and their excellence in designing and completing this project.
