Crown Prince of Ajman: Keeping pace with technological development and customer happiness is a top priority

Ajman, March 6 (WAM) - His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, stressed that keeping pace with global technological development and achieving customer happiness has been and continues to be at the top of the priorities that governments must compete to achieve, especially in the field of artificial intelligence.

His Highness praised the important achievements of Ajman Digital Department in this regard thanks to the efforts of its work teams and national cadres that seek to keep pace with the rapid development in all technical and technological fields by putting forward ideas and initiatives in the field of artificial intelligence and others.

This came during a meeting with His Highness at his office at the Ruler's Court, His Excellency Ohood Shuhail, Director General of Ajman Digital Department, and Dina Faris, Director of Digital Transformation Department at the Department, where he learned about the most prominent achievements that have been achieved recently, including the "Artificial Intelligence" projects and the "Integration Framework Platform for Government Services".

His Highness listened to a full explanation of the "Artificial Intelligence in Customer Perceptions" project after obtaining intellectual property, and was briefed on the "Government Services Integration Framework Platform" project in the Emirate of Ajman, which was mentioned in the "Government Innovations" report issued by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Government Innovation, to be one of the leading and innovative initiatives at the state level.

During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said, "We are proud of Ajman Digital Department, its teams and its distinguished projects. We have always directed that initiatives be exceptional and competitive at the level of the country and the region as well, and the forefront of the Government Services Integration Framework Platform project for the list of projects contained in the first edition of the Government Innovations Report is the best evidence of the success of our vision in the Government of Ajman."

His Highness called for intensifying and unifying efforts to align with the plan to prepare for the next fifty years, which is the largest comprehensive national strategy for all vital sectors in the UAE.

For her part, Her Excellency Ohood Shuhail said that the achievement of these new achievements came thanks to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, and the constant and diligent follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi for the projects and initiatives of Ajman Digital Department.

Shuhail added, "We are currently working to expand the scope of achievements, transform obstacles into opportunities, and move forward to achieve the vision of the Emirate of Ajman in customer happiness and adopt the latest solutions and innovations that will enhance the work of government agencies in the emirate.

She stressed that the achievement of the artificial intelligence project in assessing the impressions of customers on intellectual property and the forefront of the integration framework platform for government services in the "Government Innovations" report are achievements that we are proud of, behind which creative teams and strategic partners are proud to be with us, expressing her happiness and thanks to everyone. "We continue to enhance the reputation of the Emirate of Ajman at the local and global levels," she said.
