Ajman, Feb. 10 (WAM) - Ajman Digital Department announced that it has assumed the competencies of the Ajman Contact Center under Emiri Decree No. 4 of 2023 issued by His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, with the aim of working to upgrade the experience provided to customers of Ajman citizens and residents, and in line with the digital transformation program in the emirate.
The terms of reference include facilitating access to government services through the various available means of communication, adopting international best practices, managing the response to inquiries received by government agencies, while adhering to the confidentiality of data in accordance with the legislation and policies in force, in addition to receiving suggestions and complaints submitted about government performance and analyzing data Contribute to the promotion of services, activities and events provided by government agencies Contribute to measuring customer satisfaction with government agencies and opinion polls on the government services provided to them or what is organized by those agencies. Her Excellency Dr. Ohood Ali Shuhail, Director General of Ajman Digital Department, stressed the Department's commitment to its efforts in preparing the environment and the technical and operational framework that allow customers to access services in the easiest way and with the least effort, noting the importance of employing technological innovation in all services provided.
She said that improving the experience and happiness of the citizens and customers of the Emirate of Ajman is an essential axis of the Department, in accordance with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, noting that the Department will work to provide advanced infrastructure linked with all government agencies through secure and high-speed networks, through the competencies entrusted to it in order to serve customers, meet their needs and achieve maximum satisfaction.
For its part, Ajman Digital Department pointed out that the center continues to provide its services to customers through the unified number 80070 and the website and smart application "Ajman Voice".
